Judy begins this CD with a short description of what follows, track two is a short relaxation exercise to prepare us for the guided meditation into the desert, this is a little fast for my breathing but it is easy to flow with this once aware of it. It prepares us to enter the desert in a state of openness and strength. It also sets the tone for the beautiful music and that images that Judy creates with her words. Her voice is like silk (an Australian accent) and clear and strong. Her experience in the desert shines through and its beauty is shared as the journey unfolds.
